On this site we will present information about the responsible tourism destinations in Norway, and eventually in Scandinavia. Our evaluation of these places are based primarily on the principles of the International Ecotourism Society, which in essence comes down to a commitment by the operators to take care of the surrounding environment, both community and nature, and to provide a genuine learning experience to those who visit. The website is accompanied by a book project that we're currently doing in Norway – the Blue Skies Guide to Norway, which will be published some time in 2010. Check our Book page for more information about the book and it's progress.
